Morning Commute

Ok, have mercy on me. Inspired by my blog friend Beth at Too Much Sugar for a Dime, I've made my first attempt at a moving picture for the blog, taking you for a brief excursion on my walk this morning. I definitely need to work on my enunciation and speaking clearly; my southern drawl slur with a lisp is sometimes hard to understand. It's not easy speaking publicly and improvising about whatever comes to mind and eye. I have a new found respect for actors, screenwriters, and editors who can create and carry a story on film. It ain't easy.

Very cool idea! I really enjoyed watching you wander through your little heaven on earth. It amused me when I'd find myself thinking that some frame would make a good photo, and you would often pause for a moment... seemingly thinking the same thing, perhaps?

I'd give it a try, but at the moment, my morning communte consists of walking back up the stairs to the den, so it'd be an incredibly short, boring film. Maybe later, though...

Well done.
No need to work on your enunciation, you come through clear as a bell to me.
One of these days maybe I will try this myself. I guess I'd have to have something that takes more than 30 seconds of video at a time.

good to hear your voice dude! now show us what you look like besides the prehensile toes :)

M. Neal:

Enjoyed the video and the dialogue. Just how you feel when going to the beach. Egalitarian. Diversity. I like it.
